Passport photos at home.
Make your own Passport photos Sheets
A sheet of Passport photographs for less than $0.25 (the average price of printing a standard mini-lab photo), all you need is PortraiMatic and your digital camera.
Having taken the photo in the relaxed comfort of your own home, you can in seconds quickly and easily create a sheet of passport photos ready for printing, or print it on your printer.
Download the application today and try it for free. The trial version adds a red watermark to half the photo but does show how this simple and clever application works.
Choose a portrait
Simply drag a picture from the Finder or iPhone, most file formats are accepted: JPEG, PNG, TIFF… and even RAW formats.
Take a photo using your Mac's iSight (webcam).
The software warns when the resolution of the input photo is not high enough.
Adujst Exposure, Contrast and Brightness. Make shadows lighter. Turn to Black & White.
The application helps reframing the portrait to the standard format of your country.
18 national formats are built-in.
You may define your own portrait formats too.
Save a sheet as a JPEG file
The JPEG file may be printed by a regular photo lab for a very low cost.
Generated JPEG files
Sheets are produced at the standard dimensions of photo prints: 4 x 6" (10 x 15 cm) or 4.5 x 6" (11 x 15 cm).
PortraiMatic places as many portraits as will fit on a sheet using the photo dimensions required by your country.
PortraiMatic makes use of Colour Profiles so colours stay the same from the camera to the printed sheet.
